Here's our newest backyard project. We needed more room for all our stuff
so that I can free up the garage for woodworking. I didn't want just another
plain shed and nothing at the lumber yard came close. Here are some of the features:

Inside dimensions: 10' deep by 12' wide by 10' high. A loft 7' high around 3 sides.
2x4 construction, solid floor decking on 2x10's, "just like a house".
2x12 joists supporting a flat rubberized roof - the best flat roof on the market.
FRP siding coated with 3 coats of stucco.
Three "Real" windows, a skylight and steel door.

Total cost of materials was $2500 of which $1200 went to have it stuccoed.

These guys hardly spoke English but worked hard and sang the whole time:

We planned to stucco the shed and wall in the same color and then paint the house that color as well.
My wife and I built the wall last year. The shed turned out so nice that we decided
to just have it re-stuccoed the same as the shed and rid ourselves of the chore of painting.
Here's a view of the back of the house. The brown window will soon be replaced by a
6' sliding-glass door.
